We only collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it:

• Contact form: name, email address and message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): if you accept cookies, we collect anonymous data about how the site is used (pages visited, time on site, device type). No personally identifiable information is included. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Contact form: your explicit consent when you submit the form.
• Web analytics: your consent via the cookie banner.

4. How long we keep your data

• Contact form data: as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default (standard GA4 setting).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hola@onaiastudio.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

6. International transfers

Google Analytics may transfer data to Google servers outside the European Economic Area. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and provides adequate safeguards under the GDPR.
