Do I need to pay anything upfront?
The first monthly fee, when you sign the contract. No surprises, no hidden costs — what you pay on day one is exactly what you'll pay every month.
How long does it take for my site to be ready?
Between 2 and 3 weeks from the moment we start. No endless meetings, no months of waiting. We start and we deliver.
What does local SEO include?
Showing up on Google when someone searches for what you offer in your area. Includes your website optimisation and your Google profile setup. Plan Trazo goes further.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can leave when you need to. The only condition is a minimum of 12 months — that's the time we need to amortise the cost of building your site. If you cancel early, you only pay what's left of that. Nothing else.
Do you only work with clients in Barcelona?
No. We work with businesses across Spain 100% remotely, and we also work with international clients in Europe and the United States.
What is the difference between Plan Punto and Plan Trazo?
Depends on how much you have to say. If being found and contacted is enough, Plan Punto. If you want the site to explain your services, show your work or display a menu — Plan Trazo. Most businesses have more to say than they think.
Do you build sites from scratch or also redesign existing ones?
Both. Whether you're starting from scratch or have a site that no longer represents you, the result is the same: a new website built from the ground up with our process. We don't patch what's there — we start right from the beginning.
Can I get a website without a subscription?
Yes. If you'd prefer a one-time payment instead of a monthly fee, we can talk about it. The price depends on the type of site and the scope of the project — get in touch and we'll figure it out together.
